摘 要:以机床床身为研究对象,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对地脚螺栓固定下三维模型开展模态分析,同时针对已完成产品的试制床身开展模态试验。通过对比试验模态和仿真模态的偏差,并以仿真-试验模态固有频率及模态振型偏差量为目标,将地脚螺栓等效弹簧刚度作为修正参数,开展动力学模型修正。结果表明,床身-弹簧约束模型反映出弹簧刚度影响着床身的动态特性,修正后的仿真模型能够较好预测床身与地脚螺栓连接的动态性能,为高性能机床的数字化设计与制造提供理论依据。Taking the bed of machine tool as the research object,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to carry out modal analysis on the 3d model under the anchor bolt fixation,and modal test was carried out on the bed after the product trial production.By comparing the deviation between the experimental mode and the simulation mode,and taking the natural frequency of the simulation-test mode and the deviation of the mode mode as the target,the dynamic model was modified with the equivalent spring stiffness of the anchor bolt as the correction parameter.The results show that the bed spring constraint model reflects that the spring stiffness affects the dynamic characteristics of the bed,,the modified simulation model can better predict the dynamic performance of the bed and the foundation bolt connection,which can provide a theoretical basis for the digital design and manufacturing of high-performance machine tools.
