摘 要:以领春木天然群体为试材,采用SCoT分子标记技术,研究了山西中条山领春木天然群体的遗传多样性,以期为领春木种质资源的评价和保护提供分子生物学依据。结果表明:23条SCoT共扩增出108条,其中多态性条带80条,多态性比例为74.07%;观察等位基因数平均为1.71,有效等位基因数平均为1.50,Nei′s基因多样性平均为0.2817,香农信息指数平均为0.4117;38份供试材料的平均相似系数为0.855。这说明38份领春木种质资源的遗传多样性不高,遗传基础相对较为狭窄。38 germplasm resources were studied by SCoT molecular markers,in order to estimate genetic diversity of Euptelea pleiosperma in Zhongtiaoshan Mount of Shanxi Province,provide molecular basis for the evaluation and protection of it.The results showed that 108 bands were amplified by 23 SCoT primers,including 80 polymorphic bands,and the polymorphism rate was 74.07%.The average of observed number of alleles,effective number of alleles,Nei′s gene diversity,Shannon information index,and similarity coefficient were 1.71,1.50,0.2817,0.4117 and 0.855.It indicated that the genetic diversity occurred within Euptelea pleiosperma maxim was poor,and the genetic basis was narrow.
