氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值。方法选择48例于2018年3月~2019年4月在我院进行高血压合并冠心病治疗的患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各24例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片,观察组使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,均于治疗2个月后比较治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,可改善患者症状,临床疗效较好。objective To analyze the clinical value of amlodipine and Atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 48 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into Control Group(N=24)and Observation Group(N=24).The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets,and the observation group was given amlodipine calcium tablets Atorvastatin.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(p<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine and Atorvastatin calcium tablets can improve the symptoms of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.
