分析腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗中联合手术室细节护理的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析手术室细节护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者治疗中的效果。方法选用2018年12月~2019年12月接受治疗的腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者50例作为研究对象,以抽签的方式将患者分为两组,对照组应用手术室常规护理,观察组应用手术室细节护理,比较两组患者的术中出血量、胃肠道恢复时间与住院时间。结果观察组患者术中出血量、胃肠道恢复时间与住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理的应用能够明显改善患者情绪,对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者而言不仅可以减少术中出血量,还可以降低术后并发症的发生情况,从而促进患者尽早康复。Objective To analyze the effect of operation room detail nursing in laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation.Methods 50 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation treated from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group was treated with routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group was treated with detailed nursing in the operating room.The bleeding volume,gastrointestinal recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding volume,gastrointestinal recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in operating room can obviously improve patients'mood.For patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation,it can not only reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,so as to promote the early recovery of patients.
