临床护理干预和常规护理在结膜炎患者中的护理效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比分析为结膜炎患者实施临床护理干预和常规护理干预的效果差异。方法选取2018年11月~2020年1月将我院眼科92例结膜炎患者随机等分为两组,每组各46例,参照组行常规护理,研究组实施临床护理,对比两组的护理服务质量满意度,以及临床并发症发生率。结果研究组的护理服务质量满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的临床并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为结膜炎患者实施临床护理干预,能获取较好效果,适宜普及运用。Objective To compare and analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention for patients with conjunctivitis.Methods From november 2018 to january 2020,92 cases of conjunctivitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group,the reference group performed routine nursing,the study group carried out clinical nursing,compared the satisfaction of nursing service quality of the two groups,and the incidence of clinical complications.Results The quality satisfaction of nursing service in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for patients with conjunctivitis can achieve better results and is suitable for popularization.
