输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石临床效果。方法选择我院(2016年12月~2018年12月)嵌顿性输尿管结石患者(46例)作为研究对象,并采用“单双号分组”法分为对照组(23例)和观察组(23例),对照组患者采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术,观察组患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术。对比两组患者的手术效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间少于对照组,结石完全清除时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论嵌顿性输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗效果显著,能够缩短手术时间、有效清除结石、解除输尿管狭窄等,适合进行推广和实施。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of holmium laser ureteroscopic lithotripsy for incarcerated ureteral Calculi.Methods 46 patients with incarcerated ureteral Calculi in our hospital(from December 2016 to December 2018)were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(23 cases)and observation group(23 cases),the patients in the control group were treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The surgical results were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion URETEROSCOPIC holmium laser lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of incarcerated ureteral Calculi,which can shorten the operation time,clear the Calculi and relieve the stricture of ureter.
