应用护理敏感质量指标提升血液透析质量

摘　　要：目的应用护理敏感质量指标提升血液透析质量的效果。方法研究时间2018年4月~2019年9月(二季度和三季度)。将第三季度的11项敏感指标与第二季度的进行统计分析。结果在本次观察的11项血液透析护理敏感质量指标中,护患比符合国家标准,第二季度的透析超滤达标率、透析中急性并发症发生率、门诊透析患者急诊透析率、透析充分性达标率以及内瘘发生率等指标与第三季度相比,差异明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第二季度的体外循环失血发生率、体外循环凝血发生率、透析患者跌倒发生率、假性动脉瘤发生率以及血液透析导管相关血流感染例次发生率等指标与第三季度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但指标都有所下降,且第三季度的假性动脉瘤发生率、体外循环失血发生率以及透析患者跌倒发生率均为0%。结论 11项血液透析护理敏感质量指标适合在血液透析护理临床中实践。Objective To improve the quality of hemodialysis by using nursing sensitive quality indicators.Methods The study was conducted from April 2018 to September 2019 (the second and third quarters).The 11 sensitive indicators of the third quarter and the second quarter were analyzed.Results Among the 11 sensitive quality indexes of hemodialysis nursing in this observation,the nurse patient ratio met the national standard.In the second quarter,the indexes such as the rate of reaching the standard of ultrafiltration,the rate of acute complications in dialysis,the rate of emergency dialysis in outpatients,the rate of reaching the standard of dialysis adequacy and the rate of internal fistula were significantly different from those in the third quarter (P < 0.05) Compared with the third quarter (P > 0.05),the incidence of bleeding,coagulation,falls,pseudoaneurysm and catheter-related bloodstream infection in hemodialysis patients were not statistically significant,but the indicators were decreased,and the incidence of pseudoaneurysm,bleeding and falls in hemodialysis patients in the third quarter were not statistically significant The incidence was 0%.Conclusion 11 sensitive quality indexes of hemodialysis nursing are suitable for clinical practice.
