摘 要:目的分析急诊静脉输液处方的不合理用药情况,减少不合理处方的产生,促进合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取2017年1-12月江南大学附属医院的急诊静脉输液处方52279张,分析药师处方审核过程中干预不合理处方的科室分布、分类和干预情况。结果52279张处方中,不合理用药处方261张,占0.50%。不合理处方科室中急诊内科占比最大,为64.37%。经过药师干预,不合理用药处方干预成功率为95.40%(249/261)。每月静脉输注不合理用药处方数呈下降趋势。结论药师每月持续对不合理用药进行干预,急诊静脉输液处方不合理用药数量显著下降,为患者急诊静脉用药安全提供保障。Objective To analyze the unreasonable use of drugs in emergency intravenous infusion prescriptions,so as to reduce the occurrence of unreasonable prescriptions and promote rational use of drugs.Methods Using a retrospective analysis method,selected 52279 emergency intravenous infusion prescriptions from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January to December in 2017.Analyzed the distribution,classification and intervention of unreasonable prescriptions in the pharmacist’s prescription review process.Results Among 52279 prescriptions,261 prescriptions for unreasonable medication accounted for 0.50%.Among the unreasonable prescription departments,emergency medicine accounted for the largest proportion of 64.37%.After pharmacist intervention,the success rate of unreasonable medication prescription intervention was 95.40%(249/261).The number of irrational prescriptions for intravenous infusion every month showed a downward trend.Conclusion Pharmacists continue to intervene in unreasonable drug use every month,and the number of unreasonable drug use in emergency intravenous infusion prescriptions decreases significantly,providing security for patients with emergency intravenous drug use.
