妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月川北医学院附属医院妇产科收治的慢性盆腔炎患者101例,按病例单双号随机分为研究组51例和对照组50例。对照组予以左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用妇科千金片治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血清炎性因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的74.00%(χ^2=7.66,P<0.01);治疗后,2组患者CRP及TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应总发生率为7.84%(4/51),低于对照组的26.00%(13/50)(χ^2=5.946,P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎有助于提高临床治疗效果及患者生活质量,降低患者血清炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of gynecological Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 101 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into research group(51 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the number of cases.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the research group was treated with gynecological Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment[C reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],the quality of life score and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of patients in the research group(94.12%)was higher than that in the control group(74.00%)(χ^2=7.66,P<0.01);After treatment,the levels of CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than before,and the quality of life scores were higher than before,and the research group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group(7.84%,4/51)was lower than that in the control group(26.00%,13/50)(χ^2=5.946,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of gynecological Qianjin tablets and levofloxacin can improve the clinical treatment effect and quality of life of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,it inhibits patients with inflammatory factors and have higher safety.
