摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜直视下空肠营养管留置在急性胰腺炎治疗中的运用及疗效评价。方法采用OlympusGIF-260前视胃镜,对52例急性胰腺炎患者进行空肠十二指肠内营养管留置疗法。结果52例患者中,41例(78.8%)均在留置营养管24~72 h内症状明显减轻,5~8 d内症状消失,水、电解质紊乱改善,血淀粉酶降至正常。结论胃镜直视下空肠十二指肠营养管留置,治疗急性胰腺炎引起的腹痛、营养障碍等疗效可靠,并发症少,优越性强,花费少,操作方法可以普及,安全性高值得推广应用。objective To investigate the application and efficacy evaluation of jejunal nutrition tube indwelling under gastroscope in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 52 cases of acute pancreatitis were treated by using OlympusGIF-260 gastroscope.Results Among the 52 patients,41(78.8%)showed significant relief of symptoms within 24h^72h,disappeared symptoms within 5d^8d,improved water and electrolyte disorders,and reduced blood amylase to normal.Conclusion The treatment of abdominal pain and nutritional disorders caused by acute pancreatitis with jejunum duodenal nutrition tube indwposition under gastroscope is reliable,with fewer complications,strong superiority and less cost.
