摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔患者临床应用吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术(PPH)加外痔切除术治疗的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。研究组采用PPH结合外痔切除术治疗;对照组采用常规外剥内扎术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组术后疼痛评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用PPH结合外痔切除术对Ⅲ、Ⅳ度混合痔患者进行治疗其疗效明确,患者术后疼痛症状更轻且并发症发生率更低。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of patients with gradeⅢandⅣmixed hemorrhoids.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with gradeⅢandⅣmixed hemorrhoids were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoidectomy.The control group was treated with routine external dissection and internal ligation.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The the postoperative pain score and the incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with external hemorrhoidectomy is effective in the treatment of gradeⅢandⅣmixed hemorrhoids with lighter postoperative pain symptoms and lower complication rate.
