妇科彩色多普勒超声检查的早期预警效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析彩色多普勒超声检查对妇科脏器疾病的早期预警作用。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月进行年度体检的女工312例,检查内容包括乳腺和经腹妇科脏器彩色多普勒超声检查,已婚者行经阴道妇科脏器彩色多普勒超声检查。统计乳腺疾病、子宫肌瘤、附件囊肿、子宫内膜疾病的发病率。对罹患妇科疾病的女工进行登记,并立即开展疾病诊疗指导工作。结果:312例女工中,共检出患病者232例,检出率为74.359%;其中乳腺疾病216例,子宫肌瘤86例,附件囊肿16例,子宫内膜疾病10例。各年龄段女工的乳腺疾病检出率均最高,随着年龄增长,子宫肌瘤检出率略有升高。经过疾病诊疗指导,接受治疗82例,有132例进行定期复诊、动态观察和给予医疗建议。结论:女工罹患妇科疾病情况较为严峻,发病率高,对自身健康认识程度低,通过疾病诊疗指导,有一定比例的女工能够接受建议,主动进行疾病的诊治。而彩色多普勒超声联合疾病诊疗指导能够帮助女工提高健康和预防疾病的意识,但患病女工的就医主动性还有待于提高。Objective:To explore the early warning effect of color doppler ultrasound on gynecological organ diseases.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,312 female workers were selected for annual physical examination,the examination contents included breast color doppler ultrasound and abdominal gynecology organ color doppler ultrasound.The married were examined by transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography of gynecological organs.We had statistics on the incidence rate of breast diseases,uterine fibroids,adnexal cysts and endometrial diseases.We registered the female workers suffering from gynecological diseases,and immediately carried out disease diagnosis and treatment guidance.Results:Among 312 female workers,232 patients were detected,the detection rate was 74.35%.There were 216 cases of breast diseases,86 cases of hysteromyoma,16 cases of adnexal cyst and 10 cases of endometrial diseases.The detection rate of breast disease was the highest in all age groups.With the increase of age,the detection rate of hysteromyoma slightly increased.After the guidance of disease diagnosis and treatment,82 cases were treated,and 132 cases received regular follow-up,dynamic observation and medical advice.Conclusion:Female workers suffer from gynecological diseases seriously,the incidence rate is high,and the awareness of their health is low.Through the guidance of disease diagnosis and treatment,a certain proportion of female workers can accept the suggestions and take the initiative in disease diagnosis and treatment.Color doppler health examination combined with disease diagnosis and treatment guidance can help women workers improve their health awareness and disease prevention awareness,however,the initiative of female workers to seek medical treatment needs to be improved.
