摘　　要：目的:观察肺结核合并咯血住院患者全程治疗中应用责任制护理干预的效果。方法:2018年4月-2020年1月收治肺结核合并咯血患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。乙组给予常规护理;甲组给予责任制护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:甲组干预后住院时间、咯血停止时间、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及并发症发生率均低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺结核合并咯血住院患者治疗中开展责任制护理干预,可减少并发症发生率,改善负性情绪,缩短咯血停止时间及住院时间。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of responsibility nursing intervention in the whole treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis inpatients with hemoptysis.Methods:From April 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and hemoptysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases in each group.Group B was given routine care.Group A was given responsibility nursing intervention.We compared the intervention effect between the two groups.Results:In group A,after intervention,the time of hospitalization,the time of stopping hemoptysis,the score of anxiety,the score of depression and the incidence of complications were lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out responsibility nursing intervention in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis inpatients with hemoptysis can reduce the incidence of complications,improve negative emotions,shorten the stop time of hemoptysis and hospitalization time.
