孕产期保健服务对孕妇分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕产期保健服务对孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月孕产妇1058例作为观察组;2016年1月-2017年12月孕产妇989例作为对照组。对照组给予常规产检和分娩指导;观察组进行孕产期保健服务。比较两组孕妇分娩结局。结果:观察组孕产妇转为正常率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿低体重率、巨大儿出生率及产后出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕产期保健服务可以明显降低剖宫产率,减少新生儿低体重、巨大儿的出生率,减少产后出血等以及其他危害母婴健康因素的发生,对母婴健康有重要意义。Objective:To explore the effect of maternal health care services on maternal delivery outcomes.Methods:From January2018 to December 2019,1058 pregnant women were selected as observation group.From January 2016 to December 2017,989 pregnant women were selected as the control group.The control group was given conventional prenatal examination and delivery guidance,and the observation group was given maternal health care services.The delivery outcomes between two groups was compared.Results:The normal rate of pregnant women in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the rate of low birth weight,the birth rate of fetal macrosomia and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal health care services can significantly reduce the rate of cesarean section and reduce the rate of low birth weight and the birth rate of fetal macrosomia,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and prevent other factors that endanger maternal and child health,it has great significance to maternal and child health.
