摘 要:在机加工中,对于一些装配工艺精度要求较高,零件直接按图纸尺寸加工难度较大、更换设备又不划算的情况下,如何找到一种装配尺寸链计算方法,可以利用现有设备满足零件的正常批量生产显得尤为重要。分组装配法是将产品组成环公差相对于互换装配法所求公差扩大若干倍,使其达到经济加工精度,装配时先对零件进行测量分组,然后按对应组相配以达到装配精度的方法。它适用于装配精度要求较高、大批量生产、尺寸链组成环数较少的场合。结果表明:分组装配法对于滚动轴承的装配、精密偶件的装配及精密机床中精密件的配合等均起到了良好的效果。In machining,when some assembly process requires high precision,it is difficult to process parts directly according to the drawing size,and it is not cost-effective to replace the equipment,how to find a calculation method of assembly dimension chain is particularly important to use the existing equipment to meet the normal batch production of parts.Group assembly method is to enlarge the tolerance of product composition ring to several times compared with that of interchangeable assembly method,so as to achieve economic machining accuracy.When assembling,first measure and group parts,then match them according to corresponding groups to achieve assembly accuracy.The results show that the group assembly method has a good effect on the assembly of rolling bearing,the assembly of precision parts and the matching of precision parts in precision machine tools.
