摘　　要：本文从套塑、成缆工序进行纤长不一致的原因分析,通过统计数据和逐层查找,从人、机、料、法、环等方面原因分析和提出纠正预防措施,提高光缆中光纤长度的一致性,进而提高产品质量。This article analyzes the causes of inconsistent fiber length from the process of plastic molding and cable forming.Through statistical data and layer-by-layer search,it analyzes the causes of people,machines,materials,methods,and loops and proposes corrective and preventive measures to Improve the consistency of fiber length in optical cable,and then improve the product quality.
