摘  要:X型沸石分子筛是石油化工行业应用非常广泛的一种催化剂和吸附剂,其低成本绿色合成一直备受关注。本文的主要内容为采用超声震荡预处理低温水热合成制备纳米级X型沸石分子筛,系统考察了超声震荡时间、晶化温度、合成时间、硅铝比以及水量等因素对分子筛制备的影响,并采用了扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对合成的样品进行了表征。结果表明,超声震荡预处理能够有效地降低其合成温度。X type zeolite molecular sieve is a widely used as catalyst and adsorbent in the petrochemical industry,and attracts much attention due to its green low-cost synthesis route.This paper focused on synthesis of X type nanosize zeolite molecular sieve via an ultrasonic concussion pretreatment and low temperature hydrothermal process.The effects of the ultrasonic concussion time,hydrothermal temperature,holding time,ratios of silicon to aluminum and the amount of water on both phase composition and microstructure of zeolite molecular sieve were investigated systematically,which were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results confirmed that the ultrasonic concussion pretreatment helped to reduce hydrothermal temperature effectively.
