摘  要:根据XX公司120万吨/年柴油加氢改质装置的生产运行过程,因设备故障及操作波动造成的加氢改质催化剂活性失效的问题,通过操作波动的原因分析,找出催化剂活性在波动前后的变化情况,总结得出影响加氢改质装置催化剂失去活性的主要原因是反应条件波动和恢复时精制油氮含量超标引起的。装置采取一些列的优化和改进措施,解决了新氢机运转时出现的气阀异常响动和填料的泄漏问题,降低因设备原因造成的操作波动问题,操作波动的数量从上周期的5次降低到1次。同时,经过对原料的优化和配置,避免因混合原料性质不稳定而造成的催化剂床层温度波动大的问题。在操作波动后的恢复阶段,实行先用低氮油置换、优先提高精制段床层的温度、降低空速等方法,重新确保了催化剂活性的使用,使得装置安全、稳定的运行。According to the production and operation process of 1.2 million ton/year diesel hydrogenation and upgrading unit in XX Company,and the failure of hydrogenation and upgrading catalyst activity caused by equipment failure and operation dynamic fluctuation,the change of catalyst activity before and after fluctuation is found out through analysis of the causes of operation fluctuation.It is concluded that the main reasons affecting catalyst deactivation of hydrogenation and upgrading unit are caused by fluctuation of reaction conditions and excessive nitrogen content in refined oil during recovery.The unit adopted a series of optimization and improvement measures to solve the problems of abnormal valve noise and packing leakage during the operation of the new hydrogen generator,reduce the operation fluctuation caused by equipment reasons,and reduce the number of operation fluctuation from 5 times in the previous cycle to 1 time.At the same time,through the optimization and allocation of raw materials,the problem of large fluctuation of catalyst bed temperature caused by unstable properties of mixed raw materials is avoided.In the recovery stage after operation fluctuation,the methods of replacing with low nitrogen oil,preferentially increasing the temperature of the bed layer in the refining section,and reducing the space velocity,are implemented to re-ensure the use of catalyst activity and ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.
