摘 要:β-氨基丙酸作为维生素类药物生产过程总重要的载体,维生素类药物如泛酸钙(维生素B5)是生物正常生长必需的营养物质之一,它广泛应用于医药,饲料和食品等行业中。在制备β-氨基丙酸的过程中,安全、清洁、高效、节能和可持续是不断追求的目标,为了实现高效与低耗能,采用微通道反应器的优势逐渐被发现。由于微反应器具有精密反应性能以及高精准度的操控性能,并且有着卓越的导热和传质性能,因此利用微通道反应器制备β-氨基丙酸逐渐应用广泛。β-aminopropionic acid is an important carrier in the production of vitamin drugs.Vitamin drugs such as calcium pantothenate(calcium pantothenate)are one of the essential nutrients for the normal growth of organisms.It is widely used in medicine,feed and food industries.In the process of preparingβ-aminopropionic acid,safety,cleanness,high efficiency,energy saving and sustainability are the goals that are continuously pursued.In order to realize high efficiency and low energy consumption,the advantages of adopting microchannel reactor are gradually discovered.As microreactors have precise reaction performance,high precision control performance,and excellent heat and mass transfer performance,the preparation ofβ-aminopropionic acid by microchannel reactors is gradually widely used.
