摘 要:锂云母是一种重要的矿产资源,是钽铌开采尾矿经浮选得到的副产品,锂云母矿中含有Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Al和F等多种有价值的金属和非金属元素。因此锂云母也是提取稀有金属铷、铯的重要资源,具有极大的经济价值。本研究以锂云母矿为原料,研究利用硫酸与锂云母的低温固相反应提取碱金属盐的方法,实验表明,本文提出的利用硫酸和锂云母低温固相反应提取碱金属盐的方法能够有效减少浓硫酸的用量,能耗较低,并且该方法中碱金属盐的浸出率为95%~97%,大于现有技术的碱金属盐浸出率90%~93%。该方法工艺简单,能耗低反应条件简单,有利于实现工业化生产。As an important mineral resource,lepidolite is a by-product obtained by flotation of tantalum-niobium tailings.The lepidolite contains many valuable metallic and nonmetallic elements such as Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs,Al and F.Therefore,lepidolite is also an important resource for extracting rare metals rubidium and cesium,which has great economic value.In this study,lepidolite ore was used as raw material to extract alkali metal salt by low-temperature solid-state reaction between sulfuric acid and lepidolite.Experiments show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and lower energy consumption,and the leaching rate of alkali metal salt in this method is 95%~97%,which is higher than that in the prior art by 90%~93%.The method has the advantages of simple process,low energy consumption and simple reaction conditions,and is beneficial to realizing industrial production.
