摘 要:通过试验不同种类烟草浆浓以及细小纤维对于湿部化学的特殊影响,研究了助剂CP、阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶、硫酸铝等物质对于烟草浆湿部化学特性的作用。此次试验表明:浆浓和细小纤维的含量会呈规律性地改变Zeta电位,助剂CP、DM也会改变烟草浆的Zeta电位,其趋势呈抛物线,而且变化过程中存在极大值。另外,阳离子淀粉对Zeta电位影响是尤其明显的,然而如果用量过大会出现断纸现象;瓜尔胶的用量从0增加至0.18%时,Zeta电位提高至35.12%;若硫酸铝使用量增大至0.014%,Zeta电位提高到2.8%,实验作用不明显。The effects of additives CP,cationic starch,guar gum,aluminum sulfate and other substances on the wet-end chemical properties of tobacco pulp were studied by testing the special effects of different types of tobacco pulp concentration and fine fibers on wet-end chemistry.The test showed that the pulp concentration and fine fiber content will regularly change the Zeta potential,and the additives CP and DM will also change the Zeta potential of the tobacco pulp.The trend is parabolic,and there is a maximum value during the change.In addition,the effect of cationic starch on Zeta potential is particularly obvious,however,if the amount is too large,there will be paper breakage;when the amount of guar gum is increased from 0 to 0.18%,the Zeta potential is increased to 35.12%;if the amount of aluminum sulfate is increased to 0.014%,Zeta potential increased to 2.8%,the experimental effect is not obvious.
