六经提纲辨治难治性咳嗽的临床疗效及生活质量观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六经辨治难治性咳嗽的临床疗效和生活质量.方法:选取2019年3月-2019年12月来自广州市中西医结合医院的难治性咳嗽患者72例,随机分治疗组与对照组,每组36例,治疗组予六经辨治疗,对照组氨溴特罗口服液口服,14 d为1个疗程,比较治疗后两组患者临床疗效和咳嗽、咯痰、咽痒、喘息、鼻塞等中医证候积分及生活质量评分情况.结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为91.67%(33/36),对照组总有效率为77.78%(29/36);治疗组治疗后中医证候总积分(22.89±2.03)分;对照组治疗后中医证候总积分(30.41±2.76)分;治疗组治疗后生活质量评分(67.33±9.04)分,对照组治疗后生活质量评分(55.40±8.93)分;治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:六经辨治难治性咳嗽方面具有显著疗效,可以有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and life quality after applying six-channel differentiation and treatment in patients undergoing refractory cough.Methods:72 patients undergoing refractory cough from March 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled,who were randomly divided into the control group(CG)and the observation group(OG),with 36 cases in each group.36 cases in the CG were treated with Ambrocol oral solution,the OG was treated by six-channel differentiation,and the course of treatment was two weeks.Score of TCM symptoms,such as cough,throat itching,wheezing and the quality of life were compared between two groups.Results:The rate of clinical efficacy of the OG was higher than that of the CG 91.67%(33/36)vs 77.78%(29/36),Score of TCM symptoms of OG was(22.89±2.03),which was lower than that of CG(30.41±2.76),and the life quality of OG was(67.33±9.04),which was superior to that of CG,there was statistics difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Six-channel differentiation and treatment can effectively improve the clinical effect and life quality in treating refractory cough.
