摘　　要：目的:探讨对支气管扩张症患者采用宣肺清解汤治疗的临床疗效.方法:通过对《伤寒论》气化理论学习,以"肺行气血"生理功能为指导依据,总结韩世明名老中医自拟出的"宣肺清解汤"以宣畅肺气,联通三焦的祛邪外出之法治疗支气管扩张,改善患者的临床症状.Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Qingjie Decoction(宣肺清解汤)in patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:Through the study of the gasification theory of"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"and the physiological function of"pulmonary qi and blood"as the guiding basis,"Xuanfei Qingjie Decoction"prepared by Han Shiming,a famous old Chinese doctor is summed up to promote the lungs,connect Sanjiao in the treatment of bronchial dilatation to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
