补阳还五汤加减对老年气虚血瘀型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤加减对老年气虚血瘀型下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞症疗效观察.方法:80例老年气虚血瘀型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为观察组、中药组各40例.观察组常规予贝前列素钠、阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗联合补阳还五汤加减;两组均治疗3周为1个疗程.对比两组患者临床疗效、踝肱指数(Ankle Brachial Index,ABI)、足背动脉血流量变情况.结果:经治疗后观察组总有效率65.0%(26/40),中药组总有效率95.0%(38/40),均有明显效果;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组ABI、足背动脉血流量均与治疗前比较明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后ABI、足背动脉血流量比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:补阳还五汤加减对老年气虚血瘀型下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效显著.Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)on the arteriosclerotic occlusion of the lower extremities of elderly with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:80 elderly patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis with arteriosclerosis and occlusion of lower extremity were randomly divided into 40 cases of the observation group and 40 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group.The treatment group was treated with Sodium Betprostatin,Atorvastatin and Aspirin,and the observation group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with traditional Western medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks,which was 1 course.The clinical efficacy,(ankle brachial index,ABI)and blood flow of dorsal artery of two groups of patients were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 65.0%(26/40)in the control group and 95.0%(38/40)in the traditional Chinese medicine group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the treatment,the blood flow of ABI and dorsal artery in the two groups was significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the blood flow of ABI and dorsal artery was significantly different and statistically significant in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction is effective for the arteriosclerosis occlusion of the lower extremity with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
