益气化痰汤联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及心功能指标分析

摘　　要：目的:探究给予慢性心力衰竭患者益气化痰汤并比索洛尔治疗的临床影响.方法:将2016年7月-2019年7月在大连金州解放路医院收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组给予比索洛尔治疗方案,观察组给予益气化痰汤并比索洛尔治疗方案,将两组患者临床效果和心功能指标对比.结果:观察组患者总治疗有效率为98.00% 显著高于对照组,观察组患者左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)(46.29±4.12)%、左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular end Diastolic Diameter,LVEDD)(52.91±5.87)mm、左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular end Systolic Diameter,LVESD)(41.71±3.56)mm、左心房内径(Left Artial Dimension,LAD)(43.68±4.93)mm等心功能指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:给予慢性心力衰竭患者益气化痰汤并比索洛尔治疗方案,能够有效提高治疗效果,显著改善患者心功能.Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Yiqi Huatan Decoction(益气化痰汤)combined with bisoprolol on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:One hundred patients with chronic heart failure admitted to JINZHOU liberation hospital of DALIAN from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given bisoprolol treatment regimen,and the observation group was given Yiqi Huatan Decoction combined with bisoprolol.The clinical effect and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The LVEF(46.29±4.12)%,LVEDD(52.91±5.87)mm,LVESD(41.71±3.56)mm,and LAD(43.68±4.93)were observed in the observation group.The mm and other cardiac function indexes of the observation group were superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with Yiqi Huatan Decoction and bisoprolol can effectively promote the treatment effect and significantly improve the heart function of patients.
