基于补阴益气理论采用生脉散加味治疗气阴两虚型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察基于益气补阴理论下采用生脉散加味治疗气阴两虚型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:选取2014年1月-2016年12月汉源县中医院心血管病区收治的气阴两虚型心绞痛患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例),对照组采用常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规西医基础治疗基础上采用生脉散加味口服,对比两组临床疗效及心绞痛复发情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为93%(37/40),对照组总有效率为88%(35/40),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为30%(12/40),对照组复发率为60%(24/40),治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:生脉散加味在治疗气阴两虚型心绞痛方面较常规治疗方面能够对气阴两虚型心绞痛有明确疗效,且治疗后疗效稳定,不易复发,值得临床推广使用.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Shengmai Powder(生脉散加味)in treating angina pectoris with deficiency of qi and Yin based on the theory of supplementing Yin and benefiting qi.Methods:80 patients with deficiency of qi and Yin type angina pectoris admitted to the cardiovascular ward of HANYUAN county Chinese medicine hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and a treatment group(40 cases).The control group received conventional basic treatment,while the treatment group received Modified Shengmai Powder orally on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy and angina pectoris recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93%(37/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 88%(35/40)in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 30%(12/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly lower than 60%(24/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shengmai Powder is more effective in treating angina pectoris with qi and Yin deficiency than conventional treatment.Besides,the curative effect is stable after treatment,and it is not easy to relapse.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
