参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病的临床疗效及血糖指标观察

摘　　要：目的:关注参芪地黄汤加减用于气阴两虚型兼存血瘀型糖尿病患者的临床效果和对其血糖指标的影响作用.方法:对重庆市北碚区中医院收治的60例气阴两虚型兼存血瘀型糖尿病患者实施项目研究,2017年2月-2019年4月为选择时间,分组法是抽签法,一组纳入30例,试验组给药诺和锐30治疗及参芪地黄汤加减治疗,对照组给药诺和锐30治疗,对两组临床治疗有效统计率、治疗前与治疗2个月后餐后2小时血糖测定值、空腹血糖测定值实施评比.结果:试验组临床治疗有效统计率较对照组统计数值结果更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前餐后2小时血糖测定值、空腹血糖测定值比较,数据值差别不大(P>0.05);试验组治疗2个月后餐后2小时血糖测定值、空腹血糖测定值较对照组统计数值结果更低(P<0.05).结论:对气阴两虚型兼存血瘀型糖尿病患者实行参芪地黄汤加减治疗的效果较优,能够降低其血糖指标.Objective:To focus on the clinical effect and blood glucose index of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction(参芪地黄汤加减)in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with deficiency of qi and Yin and blood stasis.Methods:60 patients with qi and Yin deficiency type and blood stasis type 1 diabetes admitted to Beibei Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were selected for the implementation of project research,February 2017 to April 2019 was selected as the research time.The grouping method was a lottery method,and 30 cases were included in one group.The experimental group was treated with Nuoxirui 30 and Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction treatment,while the control group was treated with Nuoxirui 30.The effective statistical rate of clinical treatment,the measured value of blood glucose 2 hours after meal and fasting blood glucose before and after 2 months of treatment in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The statistical rate of effective clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the measured blood glucose and fasting blood glucose 2 hours after meal between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The measured values of blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the patients with qi-yin deficiency and bloodstasis type diabetes is better,which can reduce the blood glucose index.
