引火下行法治疗灼口综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:从灼口综合征的发病机制,探讨中医引火下行法治疗灼口综合征的疗效.方法:资料选取2018年5月-2019年5月江门市中心医院收治的52例患有灼口综合征的患者,依照随机数字表法分组法进行分组,将患者分为两组,对照组22例患者,采用西医维生素B2+黛力新进行临床治疗,治疗组22例患者,采用中医引火下行法进行治疗,具体为运用中药知柏地黄汤加味内服及中药皮肤抑菌粉外敷涌泉穴治疗.对比两组患者治疗后的临床治疗有效率、临床症状缓解时间.结果:治疗组患者经过引火下行法治疗后患者的临床治疗总有效率为100.0%(30/30),显效率为60.0%(18/30),对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率68.2%(15/22),显效率为13.6%(3/22),将两组患者数据进行对比,差异显著,具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者经过引火下行法治疗后,患者的症状缓解时间为(3.533±1.502)d,显著小于对照组(5.409±1.501)d的症状缓解时间,两组数据对比,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用中药知柏地黄汤加味内服配伍中药皮肤抑菌粉进行外敷涌泉穴的中医引火下行法,治疗52例患者灼口综合征的临床效果显著,患者经过治疗后所有临床症状均显著得到纠正与缓解,加速了患者临床症状缓解时间,提高临床治疗效果,患者经过治疗后痛苦小,具有进行临床推广使用价值.Objective:To explore the curative effect of fire-inducing method in the treatment of burning mouth syndrome from its pathogenesis.Methods:The data of a total of 52 patients with burning mouth syndrome admitted to Jiangmen Central Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of digital randomization.In the control group,22 patients were treated with western medicine Vit B2+dailixin(黛力新),while in the treatment group,22 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fire-inducing method,which was specifically treated with Modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction(知柏地黄汤)for internal use and skin antibacterial powder for external application at Yongquan acupoint.The effective rate and remission time of clinical symptoms after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate and significant effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 100%(30/30)and 60%(18/30),and the effective rate and significant effective rate of the control group was 68.2%(15/22)and 13.6%(3/22).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom relief time of the patients in the treatment group was(3.533±1.502)d,which was significantly less than that of the control group(5.409±1.501)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fire-inducing method of Modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction for internal use and skin antibacterial powder for external application at Yongquan acupoint has significant clinical effects in treating burning mouth syndrome.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients can be significantly relieved,and the time of clinical symptom relief can be accelerated,which has clinical application value.
