摘　　要：目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床效果.方法:将2017年12月-2019年9月南充市中医医院骨科收治的56例骨质疏松症腰背痛患者作为观察对象,均使用独活寄生汤加减治疗,最后,观察、比较其各项临床指标和治疗效果.结果:治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察期间,患者用药安全,未出现不良反应.结论:用独活寄生汤加减治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛的效果显著,可有效地解除其临床症状,且安全系数高.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction(独活寄生汤)in treating 56 cases of osteoporosis with lumbago and back pain.Methods:From December 2017 to September 2019,56 cases of lumbago and back pain patients with osteoporosis admitted to the department of orthopedics of Nanchong Hospital Traditional Chinese Medicine were taken as the observation subjects.All of them were treated with Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Finally,various clinical indicators and therapeutic effects were observed and compared.Results:The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the observation period,the medication was safe and there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of lumbago and back pain caused by osteoporosis and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms with high safety factor.
