外用中药贴敷治疗产妇泌乳不足的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:考察外用贴敷中药治疗产妇泌乳不足的临床疗效.方法:2016年5月-2019年6月昌邑市人民医院就诊的泌乳不足产妇185例,采用随机数字表法分组,治疗组95例,对照组90例,两组产妇身体质量、年龄、血压、病程、白蛋白、血红蛋白等基础资料一致,无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组产妇均取穴膻中、乳根、足三里、内关、天溪,按摩穴位2 min,治疗组产妇加用穴位中药膏剂贴敷.以产妇泌乳量、乳房充盈度、婴儿身体质量,产妇血清泌乳素、孕酮、雌二醇等作为观察指标.结果:2个疗程治疗结束,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.3%(82/95)、78.9%(71/90).与治疗前比较,两组产妇泌乳量均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇血清泌乳素水平提高、雌二醇降低(P<0.05),孕酮无变化(P>0.05).结论:本文中药膏剂敷贴穴位对产妇缺乳治疗效果较好.Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of maternal lactation.Methods:185 cases of breast-deficient women were treated in Changyi People's hospital from May 2016 to June 2019.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group with random number table method,with 95 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group.The maternal age,body mass,blood pressure,duration of disease,and the general conditions of hemoglobin and albumin were consistent,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The two groups were treated at acupoints of Shanzhong(膻中),Rugen(乳根),Zusanli(足三里),Neiguan(内关),Tianxi(天溪)and massage acupoints for 2 min.The parturients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint traditional Chinese medicine ointment.Maternal breast filling,lactation,baby body mass,maternal serum prolactin,estradiol,progesterone,etc.were indicators of observation.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.3%(82/95)and 78.9%(71/90)respectively.Compared with that before treatment,the lactation levels of the two groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The serum prolactin levels and estradiol levels were lower in the two groups(P<0.05),and the progesterone level did not change(P>0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment has a good therapeutic effect on maternal deficiencies.
