摘　　要：青春期女性原发性痛经的发病率持续增长达69%~84%,中医范畴其病机主要是因实"不通则痛"和因虚"不荣则痛",过去痛经的治疗方式主要以电针、口服中药、西药为主,但也只是暂时缓解疼痛且副作用较明显,远期疗效不佳.浮针是近年国内新兴的一种针刺方法.浮针治疗原发性痛经具有起效快、止痛明显、不良反应小、简便易于推广等特点,在远期疗效方面也有着独特的优势.本文基于近10年临床及实验研究文献,探讨浮针在治疗原发性痛经方面的研究现状.The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea among adolescent girls has continued to increase by 69%~84%.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,its pathogenesis is mainly due to the fact that"when there is stoppage,there is pain"and the reason that"when there is no nourishing,there is pain".In the past,the treatment of dysmenorrhea was mainly electroacupuncture,oral Chinese medicine,and Western medicine.However,it is only temporary pain relief and the side effects are more obvious,and the long-term effect is not good.Floating-acupuncture therapy is an emerging acupuncture method in China in recent years.Float needle treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has the characteristics of quick effect,obvious pain relief,less side effects,simple and easy to promote,and has unique advantages in longterm efficacy.Based on the literature of clinical and experimental research in the past 10 years,this paper discusses the present situation of Floating-acupuncture therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
