摘　　要：目的:探讨中药炮制和用法对药物作用的影响.方法:选取2018年3月-2019年4月大连市中医医院收治的使用中药治疗进行治疗的患者90例,依据中药处理方法分成两组,对照组治疗使用的中药不进行炮制,研究组治疗使用的中药进行炮制.观察比较两组的疗效及治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况.结果:研究组疗效显著高于的对照组(P<0.05).研究组治疗过程中的不良反应发生比率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:合理的中药炮制及中药使用方法能够显著提高患者的临床疗效,降低患者发生不良反应的风险.Objective:To explore the effect of processing and usage of traditional Chinese medicine on drug action.Methods:A total of 90 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment method.The traditional Chinese medicine used in the control group was not processed,and the traditional Chinese medicine used in the study group was processed.The efficacy and adverse reactions in the treatment process of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The curative effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable preparation and application of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
