摘　　要：为了弥补空间目标轨道确定中雷达观测数据处理定轨软件研究的不足,提出1种雷达技战指标的快速实现方法:通过阐述雷达监视系统中雷达定轨坐标转换的数学原理,研发1套开源的雷达定轨函数库,重点给出程序设计思路,并详解函数调用接口。实验结果验证了算法的有效性,表明该定轨函数库可以辅助科研人员进行雷达系统设计。In order to supplement the deficiency of studying on radar observation data processing and orbiting software in space target orbit determination,the paper proposed a rapid realization method of radar technical warfare index:the mathematical principle of the radar orbit determination coordinate transformation in radar monitoring system was given,and the open source library of radar orbit determination was developed,in which the program design idea was explained with the function call interface as focus.Experimental result verified the feasibility of the proposed method,indicating that the function library could help develop the radar systems.
