浅谈猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒中和抗体的研究进展

摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是由其病毒(PRRSV)引起的养猪业的重要传染病。研究发现在病毒GP5蛋白的外功能区找到一个线性中和表位(B表位)和一个线性非中和表位(A表位),且A表位会阻滞或降低机体对B表位的免疫应答,延迟中和抗体的产生。此外,B表位上及其周围的糖基化位点也掩盖了其部分免疫原性,降低了机体对其的反应。研究表明,B表位不是中和表位,并且中和抗体在防控PRRSV感染中发挥着重要作用。文章综述了中和抗体的保护作用、中和表位和糖基化作用等方面的研究进展。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is an important infectious disease caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).It has been reported that A linear neutralizing epitope(B epitope)and A linear non-neutralizing epitope(A epitope)were found in the outer functional region of GP5 protein of the virus,and the presence of A epitope hindered or reduced the immune response of the body to B epitope,thereby delaying the production of neutralizing antibody.In addition,the glycosylation sites on and around the B epitope also mask part of its immunogenicity and reduce the body's response to it.Recent studies have shown that B epitope is not neutralizing epitope,and neutralizing antibody plays an important role in preventing and controlling PRRSV infection.In this paper,the protection,neutralization epitope and glycosylation of neutralizing antibodies are reviewed.
