摘　　要：营造良好的清廉金融文化环境,离不开驻会纪检监察组、当地纪委监委、金融监管部门、各类金融机构、金融社团组织、金融院校以及全体金融从业者的共同努力。四川银保监局着眼长远,制定了《清廉金融文化建设工作方案》,近期重点推动三项措施落地运行。四川省是中国中西部地区银行保险金融机构数量最多、种类最齐全的省份,金融从业人员众多。Abiding by the requirements of the CBIRC Party Committee and the CPC Central Committee Inspector Team in CBIRC,the CBIRC Sichuan Office prioritizes building of a clean financial culture in its lone-term agenda,pooling information from various sources and making constant progresses based on reality.With a longterm view,it has formulated the Plan of Building Clean Financial Culture,focusing on promoting education of clean financial culture on campuses,as well as building a "matrix" oversight structure internally and an external communication and coordination mechanism.
