摘  要:尿素热解法具有系统简单、安全稳定等特点,因此在燃煤电厂脱硝改造过程中其被广泛应用。常用的尿素热解热源大部分采用电加热技术,存在能耗大、运行成本高的明显缺点。为降低运行成本,某电厂在330MW机组上对原有尿素热解系统进行加装炉内烟气加热器改造,改造完成后运行成本明显降低。本文针对此次改造前后的煤耗、厂用电率进行分析对比研究,并结合运行费用对改造成本回收进行了测算。Urea pyrolysis has the characteristics of simple system,safety and stability,so it is widely used in the process of denitrification transformation of coal-fired power plant.Most of the commonly used urea pyrolysis heat sources use electric heating technology,which has obvious disadvantages of large energy consumption and high operation cost.In order to reduce the operation cost,a power plant retrofitted the original urea pyrolysis system with a flue gas heater in the furnace on a 330 MW unit.After the retrofit,the operation cost was significantly reduced.This paper analyzes and compares the coal consumption and power consumption rate before and after the transformation,and calculates the cost recovery of the transformation combined with the operation cost.
