摘　　要：随着经济的不断发展,环境污染问题日益严重。近年,政府环境污染治理的理念已从"谁污染,谁治理"向"谁污染,谁付费"的思路转变。顺德区为顺应国家"一带一路"和粤港澳大湾区战略,将村级工业园改造作为顺德高质量发展的首要任务。基于此,本文首先对我国环境污染第三方治理相关政策和工业园区引入第三方治理的意义进行研究,再以顺德的工业园区为例,借鉴国内其他工业园区第三方治理的相关经验,分析该模式在顺德工业园环境管理中的可行性,为其在顺德工业园区的推广提供参考。With the continuous development of economy, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, the government’s concept of environmental pollution control has changed from "who pollutes, who governs" to "who pollutes, who pays". In order to comply one’s strategy of "one belt, one road" and Guangdong Bay, Shunde District, the District of Shunde will transform the village level industrial park as the primary task of high quality development.. Based on this, this paper first studies the relevant policies of the third-party governance of environmental pollution and the significance of introducing the third-party governance into industrial parks in China. Then, taking Shunde Industrial Park as an example, drawing on the relevant experience of other industrial parks in China, this paper analyzes the feasibility of this mode in environmental management of Shunde Industrial Park, and provides reference for its promotion in Shunde Industrial Park.
