摘　　要：通过实船案例分析与解决克令吊液压控制部分密封失效造成的控制方面故障和克令吊刹车机构方面的故障及电气控制方面的故障;探讨了克令吊故障的查找分析要点。This paper analyzes and solves the control failure caused by the sealing failure of the hydraulic control part of the crane,the failure of the brake mechanism and the failure of the electrical control through real ship cases,and discusses the existing failures and management essentials of the crane with the list.
