摘  要:"一带一路"倡议背景下区域物流与低碳经济的协同发展已成为云南经济实现可持续发展的新动力。基于云南省2003—2018年相关数据,以可持续发展视角设计指标体系并运用复合系统协调度模型对云南区域物流与低碳经济复合系统的协同水平进行实证研究。研究表明:复合系统从轻度经由短暂的中度已进入高度协同的初级阶段,但协同发展的增长速度近年来明显变缓。究其成因主要有:区域物流子系统中的规章制度不够健全以及技术创新的高质量成果产出不足,低碳经济子系统中的清洁能源转化率不高、节能环保技术运用以及社会公共设施的建设不够全面等。Under the background of Belt and Road Initiative,the synergetic development of regional logistics and low-carbon economy has become a new driving force for the sustainable economic development of Yunnan province. Based on the relevant data of Yunnan province from 2003 to 2018,the index system was designed from the perspective of sustainable development and model of composite system coordinating degree was used to make an empirical study on the synergetic development level of the composite system of regional logistics and low-carbon economy in Yunnan province. The results show that the level of synergetic development of the composite system primarily enters a highly synergetic stage from mild to moderate. However,the growth rate of synergetic development slows down obviously in recent years,which is mainly caused by the following reasons:the system and regulations in regional logistics subsystem are imperfection and the output of high quality achievements in technical innovation is insufficient;The low conversion rate of clean energy in the subsystem of low-carbon economy,and the application of energy-saving and environmental protection technologies and the construction of infrastructure are not comprehensive in the subsystem,etc.
