摘　　要：2008年全球金融危机以来,我国政府高度重视并鼓励航运金融的发展。随着2009年天津中船船舶产业投资基金和2011年上海航运产业基金的相继设立,船舶基金逐渐成为研究热点之一。本文采用文献调研的方法,通过对最近几年国内的船舶基金的文献资料的分析、研究成果的梳理,并针对研究现状提出了未来值得拓展的研究方向。Since the outbreak of global financial crisis in 2008,Chinese authorities have attached great importance to and encouraged the development of shipping finance.In 2009 and 2011,Tianjin China shipping industry investment fund and Shanghai shipping industry fund were initiated respectively.Since then,shipping industry fund has become one of the hot research topics.Based on relevant documentation in recent years,this paper classifies and summarizes the findings of shipping industry fund.And then,it also points out the research direction which is worth expanding in the future.
