摘 要:文章研究了灰分对牛粪厌氧干发酵产气效率的影响。将核桃壳在600℃烧制成的灰分加入发酵体系中,添加量分别为发酵底物总TS的2%,6%,10%(添加质量分别为0.8,2.4,4.0 g),接种量为总发酵体积的30%,总发酵浓度为21%。结果表明,灰分添加量为6%组和10%组的甲烷含量高于无添加的对照组和添加量为2%组。在整个发酵周期中,前25 d为厌氧干发酵高峰期;添加灰分量为2%组和6%组显示了对牛粪厌氧干发酵的促进作用,比无添加的对照组产甲烷量分别提高了20.85%和17.77%。添加灰分量10%组出现了对厌氧干发酵的抑制作用,产甲烷量比对照组降低了5.65%。测定发酵后的pH,VFA发现,pH值随着灰分添加量加大而升高,VFA随着灰分添加量升高而降低。这说明灰分在厌氧干发酵过程中起到保护作用,在易酸化的体系中形成了酸碱缓冲体系,有益于厌氧干发酵的进行。实验结果可对牛粪厌氧干发酵加入外源添加剂的相关研究提供实验数据支持。The article studies the effect of ash on the gas production efficiency of dry anaerobic fermentation of cow manure.The walnut ash was burned at 600℃and added to the fermentation system.The added amounts were 2%,6%,and 10%of the total TS of the fermentation substrate(added masses were 0.8,2.4,and 4.0 g,respectively).It is 30%of the total fermentation volume,and the total fermentation concentration is 21%.The results showed that the methane content in the 6%and 10%groups was higher than that in the non-added control group and the 2%group.During the entire fermentation cycle,the first 25 days were the peak of dry anaerobic fermentation;the ash content of the 2%group and the 6%group showed a promotion effect on dry anaerobic fermentation of cow dung,which was more than that of the control group without adding methane.Increased by 20.85%and 17.77%,respectively.The 10%ash-added group showed an inhibitory effect on dry anaerobic fermentation,and the methane production decreased by 5.65%compared with the control group.After measuring the pH and VFA after fermentation,it was found that the pH value increased with the increase of ash content,and the VFA decreased with the increase of ash content.This shows that ash plays a protective role in the dry anaerobic fermentation process,and an acid-base buffer system is formed in the system that is easy to acidify,which is beneficial to the dry anaerobic fermentation.The experimental results can provide support for the related research of adding external additives to dry fermentation of cow.
