摘  要:针对复合纺纱技术多轴系喂入汇聚的多变性和复杂性,对国内外形状记忆纱线制备技术研究现状进行评述。结果表明:基于环锭纺的二轴系或三轴系喂入汇聚是高弹形状记忆复合纱最基本的加工形式,所集成的复合纺纱装置是模块化的设计,具有即插即用、调节精准、操作方便的特征,所纺复合纱具有形状记忆、高回弹与结构稳定等特性,成纱弹性高达400%,弹性回复率高达98.0%~99.9%。基于环锭纺的高弹形状记忆复合纺纱技术是以复合纺纱技术为基础引入多轴系纺纱的方法,通过调控成纱汇聚点的多级变位实现成纱结构及性能的多变;还可为非等汇聚点高弹形状记忆复合纺纱机构的改造创新提供参考。The preparation and processing technologies of shape memory yarns at home and abroad were systematically reviewed considering the variation and complexity of multi-axial composite spinning.The results demonstrate that the bi-/tri-axial ring spinning are two basic forms of composite spinning.Since the integrated composite spinning device being modular designed,it has some characteristics such as flexibility in use,accurate adjustment and easily operation,etc.Furthermore,the elastic stretchability of the resultant yarns can reach up to 400%,and the elastic recovery ratio can reach 98.0%-99.9%.It is evident that highly elastic shape memory multi-axial composite ring spinning is proposed based on traditional biaxial composite spinning technology.It can not only realize variable yarn structures and hence the resultant yarn properties by accurately adjusting the position of multiple convergence points,but also provide a reference for the innovation of non-equal convergence point highly elastic shape memory composite spinning devices.
