摘 要:为了制备具有良好防水、防酸且透气的复合织物,实验通过溶液共聚法将苯乙烯系嵌段共聚物(SBS)分别在60、70、80℃条件下改性为环氧化苯乙烯系嵌段共聚物(ESBS),并且在70℃的条件下加入聚乙二醇以提高改性效果。ESBS与沥青混合后进行静电纺丝,以涤/棉平纹机织物做为静电纺膜的接收载体,制得ESBS/沥青静电纺膜防酸透湿复合织物。结果表明:SBS成功环氧化,且反应最佳条件为70℃并加入聚乙二醇催化剂,该条件下制成的复合织物的水、硫酸、盐酸以及硝酸的接触角分别达到145.8°、145.9°、145.0°、147.3°;该织物的拉伸断裂强力和顶破强力分别可达到1098.1、668.2 N,与涤/棉平纹机织物相比提高了50%以上;透湿量为11515.92 g/(m^2·24 h),透气率为70.55 mm/s,表现出较好的服用性能。In order to prepare composite fabrics with good water resistance,acid resistance and air permeability,the styrene block copolymer(SBS)was modified into epoxidized styrene block copolymer(ESBS)by solution copolymerization at 60,70 and 80℃,and polyethylene glycol was added at 70℃to improve the modification effect.Modified ESBS was mixed with asphalt for electrospinning,and polyester/cotton plain fabric was used as a receiving carrier to produce ESBS/asphalt electrospun membrane acid-proof and moisture-permeable composite fabric.Experimental results showed that SBS was successfully epoxidized,and the optimal reaction conditions were 70℃with polyethylene glycol as catalyst.The contact angles of the fabric to water,sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid and nitric acid was 145.8°,145.9°,145.0°and 147.3°,respectively.The tensile strength and bursting strength of the fabric was 1098.1 and 668.2 N,respectively,which were 50%higher than that of the base fabric.The moisture permeability was 11515.92 g/(m^2·24 h),the air permeability was 70.55 mm/s,which showed better performance.
