摘 要:针对山羊绒精梳纺纱制成率偏低的问题,通过生产对比验证,研究分析山羊绒原料来源、短绒含量对精梳落纤率的影响。实验发现:染色对山羊绒纤维的长度损伤,和绒工序过度开松引起纤维纠缠使毛粒增多,增加了后道工序中的纤维损伤,精纺梳毛机的梳理作用对纤维的长度损伤,可使山羊绒的短绒率大幅增高。得出山羊绒精梳纺纱制成率偏低的主要原因是山羊绒精梳纺纱落纤率过高,应采取严格控制原料质量关,改进染色、和绒、梳毛工艺,以降低纤维长度损伤,降低精梳落纤率,提高产品制成率。In view of the problem of low production rate of cashmere worsted spinning,the reasons were studied and analyzed.The source of raw materials and the cashmere short fiber content in the raw materials on the rate of noil have important influence,dyeing will damage the length of cashmere fiber,excessive opening and loosening of the blending machine will cause fiber entanglement and increase the number of cashmere particles,which will increase the fiber damage in the latter process and the carding effect of worsted carding machine will cause a certain extent damage to the fiber,resulting the short fiber rate to increase significantly,in which low production rate is the main reason resulting high rate of noil in cashmere worsted spinning.With strict control of raw materials quality,improve dyeing,blending,carding process will reduce fiber length damage and reduce the rate of noil,improve the rate of production.
