金属媒染剂对桉树皮色素桑蚕丝上染效果的影响

摘　　要：桉树皮作为桉木加工过程中生产剩余物,可将其作为黄棕色系天然染料用于织物染色。通过直接染色法与同浴媒染法,研究染色时间、媒染剂种类(硫酸锌、硫酸铝、明矾、硫酸铜)及媒染剂用量对染色效果及色牢度的影响。研究结果表明:较佳的染色工艺为:浴比1∶50,染色温度80℃,染色时间60min,硫酸铜用量3%(owf)。直接染色时,染色桑蚕丝织物的耐摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度均达到3级及以上,但耐日晒色牢度不佳。金属媒染剂的加入能有效提高其染色牢度,尤其体现在对耐日晒色牢度等级的提升上,不同金属媒染剂对各项染色牢度的提升在0.5~2.0级不等。Eucalyptus bark is used as a residue in the processes of eucalyptus,which can be used as a yellow-brown natural dye for fabrics.The effects of dyeing duration,mordant types(zinc sulfate,aluminum sulfate,alum,copper sulfate)and concentration on dyeing properties were analyzed by direct dyeing and past-mordant dyeing.The results show that the preferred dyeing duration,mordant type and concentration are:bath ratio 1∶50,dyeing at 80℃for 60 mins,copper sulfate 3%(owf).The rubbing fastness and washing fastness of silk fabric could reach level 3 or more levels by direct dyeing,but the light fastness is unsatisfied.Additionally,the metal mordant could efficiently improve its color fastness,especially for the light fastness.The fastness could be improved by 0.5-2.0 levels with different metal mordant.
