摘 要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为聚合单体,以无机纳米TiO2和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)为功能单体,制备出含有纳米TiO2/有机硅的改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液织物整理剂,并将其应用于亚麻织物。探究乳化剂用量、引发剂用量以及功能单体用量对合成反应的影响,测试复合乳液粒径分布及大小、热稳定性能、抗紫外线性能、弯曲刚性以及动、静摩擦性能等。结果表明:最佳制备条件为有机硅用量3.5%,纳米TiO2用量1.0%,乳化剂用量6.5%,引发剂用量1.2%,反应温度80℃。纳米TiO2的加入使得复合乳液整理的亚麻织物的抗紫外线性能明显提升,防护系数达到65.4;有机硅的引入使亚麻织物的弯曲刚性从5.2 cN/mm下降到3.55 cN/mm,赋予亚麻织物良好的柔软性能。With methyl acrylate(MA) and ethyl acrylate(EA) as polymerization monomers, inorganic nano-TiO2 and vinyltrimethoxysilane(A-171) as functional monomers, polyacrylate emulsions containing nano-TiO2 and silicone were prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion method and applied to linen fabric. The effects of dosage of emulsifier, initiator and functional monomers on the synthesis reaction were investigated. The particle size distribution and size, TG, UV resistance, bending rigidity, dynamic and static friction properties of the composite emulsion were tested. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions are organic silicon 3.5%, nano-TiO2 1.0%, emulsifier 6.5%, initiator 1.2% and the reaction temperature at 80 ℃. The UV resistance of linen fabric finished by composite emulsion was improved significantly with the addition of nano-TiO2 with a protection coefficient of 65.4. The introduction of silicone reduces the bending rigidity of linen fabrics from 5.2 cN/mm to 3.55 cN/mm, and giving linen fabrics good softness.
