摘　　要：TANAJET A4100糊料的上浆前处理容易降低羊毛运动服的花纹轮廓清晰度,不利于精细印花和大面积印花。为了提高羊毛运动服数码印花的清晰度、得色量及印花手感,根据羊毛运动服数码印花前处理工艺的要求,选择不同用量的TANAJET A4100进行上浆处理,测定羊毛运动服在上浆印花后的线条精细度、K/S值、脱糊率、渗透性和色牢度等指标。实验数据表明:对羊毛运动服数码印花进行上浆预处理,当TANAJET A4100用量为质量分数0.8%时,羊毛运动服得色量较高,花纹图案清晰,脱糊率及渗透性能较好,上浆效果最好。Pre-sizing of TANAJET A4100 paste can easily reduce the pattern definition of wool sportswear,which is not conducive to fine and large-area printing.In order to improve the clarity,color yield and feel of digital printing of wool sportswear,according to the requirements of digital printing pretreatment technology of wool sportswear,different amount of TANAJET A4100 was used for sizing treatment to determine the line fineness,K/S value,paste removal rate,permeability and color fastness of wool sportswear after sizing printing.The results show that when the pretreatment of wool digital printing is carried out,and the amount of TANAJET A4100 is 0.8%,the wool sportswear has the higher color yield,clear pattern,good paste removal rate and permeability,and the sizing effect is the best.
