基于CHES-FY风格仪的织物力学触感风格评价

摘　　要：采用CHES-FY纺织材料手感风格测试仪对6类(羽绒服、衬衫、牛仔、毛呢、针织、日用家居织物)共24块织物进行风格测试,评价织物的柔软度、硬挺度、滑爽度、松紧度和综合触感等指标。测试结果表明:采用CHES-FY纺织材料手感风格测试仪进行1次测量,即可获得织物压缩性能、弯曲性能、拉伸性能、摩擦性能等多种力学性能,可方便快捷地测试出织物风格,不仅可以客观评价种类、风格差异较大的织物间的风格,也可以用于区分手感较为相近织物的风格。A total of 24 fabrics in 6 categories(down jackets,shirts,denim,woollen,knitted,daily household fabrics)were tested using the CHES-FY textile material feel style evaluation instrument to evaluate the softness,stiffness,smoothness,tightness and comprehensive touch.The test results show that the CHES-FY textile material feel style evaluation instrument can obtain a variety of mechanical properties such as compression performance,bending performance,tensile performance,and friction performance through one measurement.It can quickly and easily test the fabric style,not only can objectively evaluate the styles of different types of fabrics with large differences,but also distinguish between fabric styles that are more similar in the same type.
