摘  要:采用FAST织物风格仪测试聚氨酯PU/聚偏氟乙烯PVDF、聚氨酯PU/含氟聚氨酯FPU、聚氨酯PU/氟橡胶FPM 3个系列的纳米复合防水织物在低负荷作用下的压缩、弯曲和拉伸等性能,并利用SPSS软件进行数据分析,得到了影响防水织物性能的5个主因子:拉伸因子、硬度因子、纬向成形因子、丰满因子和经向弯曲因子,可涵盖原始17项指标的92.738%。建立5个主因子与服用性能之间的关系式,并结合其防水性能,计算出功能性与服用性的综合得分,可为开发穿着舒适的功能性防水织物提供理论基础。FAST fabric style instruments were used to test the compression,bending and tensile properties of PU/PVDF,PU/FPU and PU/FPM nanocomposite water-proof fabrics under low-load.The data obtained were analyzed by the principle component analysis function in SPSS software.The results show that five main factors affect the properties are tensile factor,stiffness factor,fluffy factor,weft shaping factor and warp bending factor.The results can cover 92.738%of the seventeen original indexes.The relationship between the five main factors and the wearability was established,and comprehensive scores of functional and wearability were calculated based on their waterproof properties,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of comfortable functional waterproof fabrics.
