聚酯浆料的溶解及水解性能研究

摘　　要：研究长丝聚酯浆料和短纤聚酯浆料的溶解性和水解性。通过将长丝聚酯浆料及其浆膜、短纤聚酯浆料及其浆膜分别放入去离子水、氯化钠溶液和碱液中,测定其溶解性和水解性。结果表明:在去离子水中,两种聚酯浆料及其浆膜的溶解时间随温度的升高而缩短;硫酸镁浓度不小于360 mg/L时,两种聚酯浆料及其浆膜的溶解时间大于60 min,加入六偏磷酸钠可以缩短其在硬水中的溶解时间;当碱液浓度小于5.0 g/L时,在相同浓度下,两种聚酯浆料及其浆膜在碳酸钠中的溶解时间小于在氢氧化钠中的溶解时间;在1227⁃十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵浓度为1 g/L^2 g/L、氢氧化钠浓度不小于30.0 g/L时,两种聚酯浆料及其浆膜在50 min内可以完全水解。认为:通过在长丝聚酯浆料和短纤聚酯浆料中加入相应溶剂能够提高浆料的溶解性和水解性。The solubility and hydrolysis of filament polyester size mixture and short fiber polyester size mix⁃ture were studied.The solubility and hydrolysis property were tested by putting filament polyester size mixture&its sized film and short fiber polyester size mixture&its sized film into deionized water,sodium chloride solution and alkali liquor respectively.The test results showed that the dissolution times of both polyester size mixture and their sized films in deionized water were shortened as the increase of temperature.When the magnesium sulfate con⁃centration was not lower than 360 mg/L,the dissolution times of two polyester size mixture and their sized films were longer than 60 min.The dissolution times in hard water could be shortened by adding sodium hexametaphos⁃phate.When the alkali liquor concentration is less than 5.0 g/L,at the same concentration,the dissolution times of two polyester size mixture and their sized films in sodium carbonate were shorter than those in sodium hydroxide.When the concentration of 1227-dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride was 1 g/L^2 g/L,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was not lower than 30.0 g/L,two polyester size mixture and their sized films could be complete⁃ly dissolved within 50 min.It is considered that the solubility and hydrolysis property can be improved by adding rele⁃vant solvents in filament polyester size mixture and short fiber polyester size mixture.
